Vote by Mail Ballots


If you are a qualified and registered voter of Hopewell Township who wants to vote by mail in any election, you must complete a Vote by Mail Application Form. Application forms may be obtained online from the Mercer County or New Jersey Division of Elections websites, or in person at the following locations:

Mail-in ballots will not be provided to any applicant unless the request is received at least 7 days before the election; however, a voter may request an application in person from the County Clerk up to 3 p.m. the day before the election.
