Pre-Register for the COVID-19 Vaccine

Covid Vaccine man wearing mask

If you are a Phase 1A healthcare worker who has yet to be vaccinated, please sign up now at https://covidvaccine.nj.gov. The general public is also able to pre-register, however vaccine supply remains limited at this time. No appointments are available for individuals outside of Phase 1A, but further announcements will be made as vaccine availability increases. Through this portal you will input your personal, contact, health insurance and demographic information. You will also define your employment and if you have any health conditions that might affect your eligibility. You'll find out which group you are in, and if the screening determines you are eligible now, you'll be able to make an appointment. If not, you'll receive an email that confirms your registration and identifies the group you are in.
