Please be advised that Hopewell Township’s Public Works crews are beginning annual tree pruning operations in targeted Township right-of-ways. Tree pruning is a part of regular maintenance of the Township’s right-of-ways to allow safe passage of emergency vehicles, delivery vehicles, public works vehicles and equipment, pedestrians, bicyclists, and school buses. To ensure the proper maintenance of tress in the township’s right-of-ways, five of the Public Works employees have been educated in proper tree care.
