Hopewell Township Public Works employees Mike Martin, Kasey Self-Gomes and Foreman Dave Stokes were recognized at the Hopewell Township Committee meeting on Monday, January 29th.

The men were presented with a Letter of Recognition by Director George Snyder and General Foreman Dave Guerard for assisting an elderly woman that had fallen outside of her home. She had been outside in the snow for quite some time, unable to get up, before being spotted by our public works employees. The men helped the woman up and back into her home. They stayed with her and provided assistance to her until family members arrived.
