Programs & Services
The goal of the Hopewell Township Parks and Recreation Department is to provide a comprehensive array of recreation and leisure services for the entire Hopewell Valley community.
Now in our 17th year, we are pleased to continue our service to the residents of Hopewell Township, and our neighboring municipalities of Pennington Borough and Hopewell Borough with quality programs and events.
The Department publishes two annual seasonal brochures that are mailed to every resident. The current Fall/Winter 2017-18 Program Guide (PDF) details a wide variety of community trips, family trips, senior programs, youth & teen programs and community events. This fall and winter we invite you to join us as we travel to the Museum of the American Revolution in Old City Philadelphia, the Baltimore Inner Harbor's Chriskindlmarkt, and the always beautiful Longwood Gardens. Other community trips will include our annual NY City Holiday Shopping and a visit to Lancaster and the American Music Theatre for a wonderful afternoon "Home for the Holidays" show. We will continue community trips with a Mardi Gras event at Doolan's in Spring Lake, the Philadelphia Flower Show, "Carousel" on Broadway and more! We also have planned a spring overnight trip planned to visit the eastern end of Long Island and the Hamptons! Take a look at all the events listed on our webpage and don't hesitate to register...they go fast!
