Hello. I’m Michael Ruger, Hopewell Township Deputy Mayor, with a short update about events taking place in July.
The Titusville Fourth of July parade will be held on Monday, July 4. It begins at 10:00 with music followed by the baby parade, the bike parade, and then the big parade at 1:00. The rain date is July 9. I hope to see you there!
The Township Committee will meet in person with a Zoom option. If you want to ask questions during the meeting, please join us in person or register to participate by Zoom. You can also watch meetings on Verizon Channel 30, Comcast Channel 95, or online. To watch online, go to the Township’s webpage, www.hopewelltwp.org, and type “live stream public tv” in the search box. That will take you to the link. Agendas are posted at least 48 hours in advance of meetings on the Township’s website.
Our many citizen volunteer committees will meet throughout the month. If you are interested in being a volunteer, please call Laurie Gompf at 609-737-0605 or email Laurie at lgompf@hopewelltwp.org.
To learn about any of these meetings, please visit the Hopewell Township website at www.hopewelltwp.org. For Hopewell Township news, please visit the Hopewell Township Facebook page, Instagram or Twitter. And you can always call the Township at 609-737-0605 with any questions.
Finally, property tax bills will be mailed out later this month. Taxes are due by August 1.
Thanks for watching, and have a great month!
