A message from the Township Committee and Chief James Rosso-

Early this morning the Ewing School District received an “unconfirmed” threat to the schools. Out of an abundance of caution, Ewing Schools are closed today. Ewing Police have since determined that there is no active threat. The Hopewell Township Police Department is in close contact with the Ewing Police Department, as well as the Hopewell Valley Regional School District and the Pennington Police Department, to ensure our students’ safety. While there is no threat, as a precaution there will be an increased police presence at Hopewell Valley schools today.
