Ride United, a program that aims to provide free or discounted rides to vaccines sites, is now available through Lyft services. Anyone who is interested can call 211. Follow the phone prompts about COVID-19 resources and then COVID-19 vaccination transportation support. You do not need the Lyft app to utilize this service but is helpful if you have it. Please contact the service 4 hours in advance of your vaccine appointment or schedule in advance.
This program is for EVERYONE! You can use it even if you have a collapsible wheelchair, walker, a personal aide, need multilingual services or more. Please help spread the word.
