PSE&G is actively working underground in Hopewell Township.  Below is the traffic update:

Beginning on Monday, January 3, 2022, PSE&G and their approved contractors be working underground on Carter Road between ETS Drive and Elm Ridge Road.  Work activities will take place between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. During construction, the work area will be accessible as lane shifts with an alternating traffic flow pattern will be utilized. PSE&G is coordinating with the local police department to minimize any inconvenience. This portion of work is scheduled to last two weeks, weather permitting.
