Starting on or about Tuesday, May 31, 2022, Mercer County will begin construction on the Poor Farm Road Culvert, over Jacobs Creek Tributary. Work will take place between 9am and 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. The work will be done by county bridge construction workers. The work is expected to take approximately 45 days to complete, weather permitting. 

During construction, Poor Farm Road will be closed to all traffic. There will be a detour posted, which will direct motorists to use Harbourton-Woodsville Road, Trenton-Harbourton Road, and Woosamonsa Road.
